For the purpose of inheriting the tribal traditional skills to improve industrial competitiveness of the Indigenous People tribes and drive the overall economic growth of the Indigenous Peoples, the Council of Indigenous Peoples plans to carry out [Skill Training Plan of Indigenous Peoples in 2017] which is further divided into six types, namely, [Colored Glaze Craftwork Creation], [Tribal Travel Guides], [Weaving Process Creation], [Marketing and Processing Techniques], [Current Farming Methods and Exquisite Agricultural Technology] as well as [Environmentally-friendly Farming and Organic Agriculture]. Besides 22 classes of professional courses will be duly opened on May 1, 2017 in Skill Training Center of Indigenous Peoples (No.3-8, Sec. 3, Dongguan Rd., Nanshi Li, Heping Dist., Taichung City 424, Taiwan (R.O.C.).
Since its inception in 1995, Skill Training Center of Indigenous Peoples has been the human resource cultivation unit for teaching, training and promoting domestic professional skills of Indigenous Peoples. Each year, the Council of Indigenous Peoples plans a series of professional training courses based on the most up-to-date trends of domestic industrial development to encourage Indigenous Peoples to make flexible use of their cultural skills and transform them into abundant industrial energies. The Council of Indigenous Peoples expresses that the indigenous peoples from afar are attracted to be here annually because of the strictly-selected courses by [Skill Training Center of Indigenous Peoples] are keeping pace with the latest industrial trends and practical, reputable, professional lecturers we hire for passing on unique skills which makes the training courses widely praised.
