For the purpose of helping indigenous people to realize their dreams, conducting short-term study or service abroad, the Council of Indigenous Peoples will continue to accept [Mataisah Mission] in this year. Indigenous peoples are welcome to file applications to the Council of Indigenous Peoples for [Individual Group] from now to May 30.
The Council of Indigenous Peoples states that it launched [Mataisah Mission] since 2013 to support indigenous people to study or service abroad and reinforce the exchanges between our country and Austronesian as well as South Pacific countries. The indigenous peoples are allowed to come up with short-term foreign study or service plan and picked over for subsidies after being approved. The plan is divided into [Individual Group] and [Community Group], the former is for the indigenous peoples of our country over 18 years old and the plan lasts for 90 days which is required to be completed in this year with subsidy reaches NTD 300,000; the application time for the latter one will be otherwise notified.
The application form can be downloaded in [Latest News] of the website (www.apc.gov.tw). The application form can be mailed to the Council of Indigenous Peoples (address: 15F., North Building No.439, Zhongping Rd., Xinzhuang Dist., New Taipei City 242, Taiwan (R.O.C.) and note [Mataisah Mission Application] on the envelope.
